CNA Training Programs
What are continuing education units (CEUs) or in-service training? What are the requirements for CNA? To become a CNA you must be at least 16 years of age, meet the pre-screening requirements (physical exam, convictions), complete a minimum of 150 hours of training in an approved program ( 50 hours of theory and 100 hours of supervised clinical training in a nursing facility ), successfully complete a competency exam or be eligible through reciprocity from another state. |
